Instructions
For this assignment, students will consider the role of their upbringing, culture, values, and beliefs, as they work to address issues in Human Services.
All submissions should include the following:
Students will define multicultural competence and reflect on their individual perception of cultural diversity in Human Services.
Students will identify the necessary professional behaviors and norms for self, and expectations for interactions with co-workers/clients.
Students will also identify (1) a demographic with which they are competent with serving, and (2) a demographic they are not so comfortable with serving. Students will explore the potential personal triggers that can come up with this work.
Length: 3-4 pages, not including title page and/or references list

Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your paper should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards where appropriate.
