You are to discuss job analysis as it relates to a selection procedure(s) of your choice (example: personality assessment), employee training, and employee performance (inclusive of appraisals, performance management, and other performance-relevant topics). You should discuss equal employment opportunity, adverse impact and relevant laws and case law, reliability, and validity (relevant kinds of validity). Your paper should be practice-focused – integrate relevant HRM practices throughout your paper. Please note that you may choose more than one selection procedure to discuss in your paper. The goals are to provide justification for a selected procedure(s), identity and discuss relevant EEO issues, and discuss distal implications of the procedure(s) as it relates to training and performance.
