Final Project Expectations:
It
is hard to give specific details or a rubric for the final project as they are
so personalized. Final projects can be
papers, projects, professional services, research, etc.
I
do, however, hope to give you some guidelines. All reports should include a
header with your name and a footer with the page numbers. Additionally, I have
the same expectations as on other papers for the introduction, conclusion,
references, and organization/grammar of the paper.
The
final section (body of report/research) will be defined by students in the same
way as your project proposal. Based on the goals of your project, you will
define how the 80 points for that section should be assessed. If you were
grading the project, how would a student earn full credit? What constitutes a
successful version of your research? As you propose your projects, I’ll be in
touch with you to figure that out.
