This semester we closely scrutinize the concept of justice and how it relates to difference in Canadian society. We have explored various theories of crime and explanations and underlying reasons for criminal behaviour. Zemiology is a relatively new concept in criminology that broadens the narrow conception of crime, to behaviour that encompasses various types of harm, even those not criminalized by governing authorities.
