Rewrite a literature review, I changed 3 of the 5 resources, so you will need to modify the original literature review paper (please read and focus the literature review based on my PICO and purpose statement). I have attached the original literature and the 5 primary resources that you will use.
Instructions:
Your abstract should be succinct, single-block paragraph that summarizes your literature review paper (150 – 250 words) and includes key elements such as the introduction, background, purpose statement, method of search, findings, nursing implications, and conclusion. Additionally, include select keywords at the bottom of the paragraph, which were used to search for appropriate, primary research articles.
Your paper should provide a comprehensive understanding of your topic or field, detailing what has already been done, what findings have emerged, and how this information can be applied in the nursing practice setting. Your literature review should also identify gaps in the research, suggesting areas for future study based on the limitations of the studies reviewed. Helpful Hint: A literature review is a written approach to examining published information on a specific topic or field. It is used by authors to create a foundation for their research or demonstrate their knowledge of the current state of the field. This is important to note as students often misinterpret the term literature review to mean a collection of source summaries, similar to annotations or article abstracts. It is NOT a summary or listing of all the information.
- Paper should be 5 – 6 pages in length. This page count exclude title, abstract, and reference pages.
- Utilize five peer-reviewed journal articles from 2013 to 2024 — no websites
- Be sure to adhere to the latest edition (7th edition) of APA formatting
- Ensure content is concise as the paper will not be read after 6 pages.
- Include the following mandatory headings: Title of Literature Review paper, Background, Purpose, Method of Search, Findings, Clinical Implications, Discussion — Limitations & Future Research, and Conclusion.
