This is a 2 part assignment for M2 Bradley fighting vehicle maintenance ground hop O&SHA. Follow the Chapter guidelines on building O&SHA from the attatached book.
- O&SHA: At least 20 Entries
- The 20 entries may be from a single Indentured Task List for a single operation or could be a combination of operations and Indentured Task Lists. Some tasks have fewer steps than others
- Task entries with no hazards will not count toward the minimum.
- Your cause explanations should include at least one element related to the 5 Principles of Human Performance. You may include multiple causes for a single hazard entry, but at least one of them needs to relate to the Principles of HP.
- Your Recommended Actions should include at least one Recommended Action that somehow addresses the Principle(s) of HP listed in your cause statement.
