Trade unions – Comparative analysis of organizations that embrace trade unions and non-trade union organizations.

Title:

Trade
unions – Comparative analysis of organizations that embrace trade unions and non-trade
union organizations.

Introduction:

Trade unions play a significant role in shaping
the change of employee-employer relations globally.
In organizations
that recognize trade unions collective bargaining plays a pivotal role in
shaping labour relations. Here a union represents the interests of a group of
employees negotiates with the employer on behalf of its union members and typically
covers wages, working conditions, job security, and dispute resolutions as an
employee voice. Whereas in non-unionised organizations there is a lack of
formalized system for collective bargaining to address employee-employer
issues.

We are going to be looking at how organizations
recognize trade unions and organizations that don’t recognize trade unions. We
will be looking at how this applies to sectors in India which deal with the pay
conditions, workplace safety, productivity and industrial peace in India.
