This is the literature review section of a research paper, and the research question is “What is the role of social enterprises in supporting individuals with disabilities in Hong Kong?” my point is social enterprises does help the employment of disabilities. This includes two types of support. The first is direct support, where they provide job opportunities for people with disabilities and hire them. The second is indirect support, where they solve the employment problem for people with disabilities by training their life skills, work skills, and rebuilding their self-confidence.In addition, they are also a complementary presence to the government, to help it resolve government failures to a certain extent.
