- First, and
perhaps most critical in my mind, is to define an objective method of
ongoing monitoring of airman motivation and burnout so that i can
a) Validate the efficacy of our
proposed courses of action, and
b) Proactively detect and
mitigate new causes as they appear.
- Conduct
Needs Assessments and Surveys: Regularly survey Airmen to identify their
training preferences and assess the effectiveness of current training
programs. This can help tailor training initiatives to better suit service
members’ needs. Consistent use of surveys, operational metrics,
and reviews of manning documents will inform the creation of effective
preliminary programs. These pilot initiatives can then serve as models for
broader implementation across the force.
