The tourism sector is a key part of the economy of many countries. Despite its advantages, this sector has faced the problem of staff shortage in recent years. In the present study, we focus on the opinion of entrepreneurs about the reasons for the staff shortage in their own tourism businesses.

The aim of this study is to examine the following issues:
1. Entrepreneurs’ Perceptions of Staff Shortage:
In analyzing the perceptions of entrepreneurs regarding the growing problem of staff shortages in the tourism sector, we conduct a research process using questionnaires. Our purpose is to highlight the views of entrepreneurs regarding the nature and reasons for the lack of human resources in tourism businesses.
Through questionnaires, we examine how entrepreneurs perceive the problem and what is their perspective on the main reasons for staff shortages in the tourism sector. By collecting these views, we form a complete profile of the problem, allowing us to understand the challenges tourism businesses face in terms of human resources.
This analysis is expected to provide important clues to the causes of staff shortages, thus enhancing the prospects for strategic interventions and improvements in the sector.

2. The lack of staff and the effects on tourism businesses:
Labor shortages present a serious challenge to the sustainability of the tourism industry and have direct effects on the experience of tourists during their travels. Through examining the views of entrepreneurs, we approach the perspective of how staff shortages threaten the development of the sector, while at the same time affecting the quality of the tourism experience.
Loss of opportunities: How staff shortages can affect firms’ ability to respond to market opportunities.
Pressure on existing staff: How understaffing affects the performance and workload of existing employees.

3. Strategies of Entrepreneurs to Cope with the Problem:
At the same time, entrepreneurs present strategies to address the challenge, including training, implementing technological solutions, and strengthening programs to attract and retain staff.
