The aim of this study is to examine the following issues:

In analyzing the perceptions of entrepreneurs regarding the growing problem of staff shortages in the tourism sector, we conduct a research process using questionnaires. Our purpose is to highlight the views of entrepreneurs regarding the nature and reasons for the lack of human resources in tourism businesses.
