– Research Aim: To explore the impact of the
changing professional working environment on the needed skills and qualities
for current accounting graduates.
– Research Questions:
- What are the primary disruptions in
the professional working environment currently affecting the accounting
field? - What are the changing demands for
the future of work as a result of disruptions in the professional working
environment? - What specific skills and attributes
are required by accounting and finance graduates to adapt to the changing
demands of the future of work?
– Research Objectives:- To analyse the primary disruptions
in the professional working environment affecting the accounting
industry. - To identify the changing demands
for the future of work as a result of disruptions in the professional
working environment. - To identify the skills and
attributes necessary for accounting and finance graduates to adapt to
