I’m in need of a skilled legal researcher and writer for a research paper primarily focusing on harassment in the workplace and whether mediation should be used for those matters.
-This is a both a research and opinion text, meaning it must NOT be completely theoretical. You must take a position.
-You must first discuss the legal aspect of psychological harassment in the workplace. Basically evaluate how mediation would/would not be useful for solving cases of psychological harassment in the workplace in Canada (preferably in the province of Quebec.) Meaning why is mediation in these matters more beneficial then going to court? Also explore hypothetical situations and then draw conclusions or even take a case of jurisprudence relating to psychological harassment in the workplace and discuss the following question: if we were in mediation, how differently would this court case have gone?”
The essay must be not be 100% law. You must also mention aspects from other disciplines that relate to this topic (whether it be sociology, anthropology, history, philosophy, etc).
IMPORTANT: This is a Canadian project, so all laws and cases of jurisprudence must be from Canada, and from the province of Quebec preferably.
No cover page is required however you must have a table of contents and the following sections in your paper:
-Development
-Bibliography
Font 11-12 in times new roman. Indentations must be 1.5 (except for in-text citation).
-Has to be more or less 10 pages of content
IMPORTANT: You must use in-text citations and cite all sources in the bibliography. No APA or MLA, but use the The Canadian Guide to Uniform Legal Citation, also known as the McGill Guide. This may help:
