The INSTRUCTIONS
For this final Portfolio Project, your CIR manager (in
this case, your Course Instructor) has
provided comments on the components of the M&E
Framework that you have submitted so far
and has asked you to submit a revised version of the
“full” plan for finalization.
In the first chapter, you will provide a summary
description of your overall approach to
monitoring and evaluation. The next two chapters will
contain revised versions of Portfolio
Projects One and Two.
For Chapter 3.4, CIR has asked you to develop a
Dissemination Strategy, where you will identify
at least three (3) stakeholders that might benefit
from the various learnings that could come from
the program indicators and evaluation questions in
your M&E Framework. For a list of potential
stakeholders to include, please refer to the actors
and potential partners that you identified in
your grant proposal for CLCM 601 (particularly in
Portfolio Projects One and Two). Please see
the video in Module 8: Week 8 titled Watch: Organizing
a Dissemination Strategy for
additional information on the topic.

make sure you are aware that the university’s academic integrity policy
prohibits the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in the creation of

lists AI tools, including paraphrasing software, as “unauthorized aids.” The
use of unauthorized aid can be penalized as a minor or major violation of the
academic integrity policy. Minor violations of the academic integrity policy
can be penalized by a warning or by deductions of up to 95% on the assignment.
Major violations of the academic integrity policy can be penalized either by a
zero for the assignment or an “F” for the course. Let me know now if you have questions about
these policies. Kindly use Scripture, and bible verses in your assignment.
