Your essay will be checked through “Turnitin” feature of Canvas. It will only check for website and known journal content. I normally allow up to about 30% “matched”. You may use materials from web sources but you may NOT directly copy from them. You need to read the materials and rephrase and re-write it yourself !! Essays that are deemed to be 70% plagiarized (I’ve actually seen 100%…) will also be considered to have breached academic honesty and the same 1 final grade downgrade penalty will apply.
