Me and 4 people did a business simulation game where we were a car company and had to make decisions each year for 4 years in terms of coming up with 5 car models,(2 models in the 1st year and 1 each following year) what age group to target and how to market them. There is a file that says what marketing sectors we could invest in.
In the first year we invested mostly in television, digital media and promotional offers as our target age group was young. Our result was very succesful
In the second year we invested a bit more in magazines, radio and dealer incentives as our new model was targetted towards an older age group. Our result was very succesful
In the third year we invested more in every sector as our new model was targetted towards even older age group and we produced more of everything. this year we were a bit less succesful
In the fourth year we invested even more in every sector though mostly in magazines, television and promotional offers as production increased and were a bit less succesful
