PGCE-An essay of 4000 words with appendices. Title- ‘What constitutes effective pedagogy in your current teaching phase/subject area?’

I am an IBDP theatre teacher teaching in China and currently doing my PGCE online. This is the second assignment -Developing Subject Competence. I have provided all the documents, essay instructions and other sources that may be relevant. I really want to take on the feedback from last time, ( I used this service but only got 60/100-still a pass but want to achive higher) It was stated to ensure my appendices are submitted as one document after my reference list and not links. Ensure my arguments and evaluations are supported consistently with reference to appropriate underpinning literature and to fous deeper on specific areas/strategies/theories in order to present a more rigorous critical analysis and less descriptive passages. There is also an action plan/ reflective log that I have attached and needs to be submitted as appendices. My area I chose for CPD is tranformative education. Two subject specific themes related to theatre i have identified are Inquiry based learning and creativity and critical thinking, however I am open to better suggestions. Reflective practice could also be one. I will attach student feedback, Ib grades, student work and work i use with students that you may want to include/use. It would only allow me to select 30 sources but 50 is ideal considering the feedback.
