- In what way does gender play a role in the recognition of climate-related human rights? In particular, in the case of KlimaSeniorinnen.
- Which gender-related consequences of climate change are acknowledged by the Court in this judgment?
Perhaps the chapters could be structured as follows:
Chapter 2: How does the European legal system integrate environmental protection within the human rights framework?
In this chapter, I will look at the ECHR, the ECtHR, relevant protocols, and case law — for example, the Urgenda case.
Chapter 3: In what way does gender play a role in the recognition of climate-related human rights?
This will involve a close analysis of the judgment itself.
Chapter 4: Which gender-related consequences of climate change are acknowledged by the Court in this judgment?
Again, this will be based on a detailed reading of the decision.
