Write an argumentative paper that is 5-6 pages long (meaning it should end at the bottom of the 5th page or top of the 6th page). Use the work you have completed in introduction and outline. Follow the organizational structure created in your outline and don’t forget to add a conclusion. Assignments should be typed and include the following: + Title page,
- Title, name, date
- 12 pt. font, centered
+ Text of paper, formatted using the following specifications:
- Times New Roman, 12 pt.
- Double-spaced
- 1-inch margins on all sides, left justified
- Indent new paragraphs; do not add extra spaces between paragraphs + Reference section with a minimum of 5 appropriate sources
The focus of grading will be on content. A paper that is well researched, organized, and contains clear evidence of critical thinking and original thought will earn a top grade. It is important that I see that you have sought out original sources and have critically analyzed the material and presented it in a way that convincingly supports your thesis statement, rather than simply reviewing information.
Do not use quotations. Instead paraphrase and synthesize information from your primary sources into your own words. This shows your reader that you have a deeper understanding of the material.
Plagiarism

3. takes see or folords:

• the bibliographic reference.
Paraphrasing plagiarism if it
- borrows ideas from the original source material, and
- is not word-for-word plagiarism, and
- lacks any of the following:
the in-text citation with author name(s) and date (specific locator is not required), or
• the bibliographic reference.

- no other form of plagiarism, such as borrowing illustrative material without acknowledging the source (e.g., photos, drawings, diagrams, etc.).”
