Directions:
1. For EACH outcome, identify, locate, and upload ONE artifact*. As such, artifacts should strongly
align to EACH outcome.
2. Clearly describe each
artifact. Your descriptions must include the semester and context of the artifact so that
someone evaluating your work
can easily understand what the artifact or experience/event is and when it took
place.
3. After you have clearly described an artifact for an outcome, write
an analytical paragraph in which you pull direct evidence from the artifact
to show how it demonstrates your proficiency of that outcome. Guiding question to help frame your analysis: What is the outcome
meant to convey and how does this specific artifact support my mastery of it?
4. Having described and analyzed the evidence supporting your
attainment of the 12 candidate learner
outcomes, you will conclude your portfolio by reflecting on your professional growth
throughout the program (Semester 1 – Semester 4). In addition, this final
narrative
(3 paragraph max.) should describe your current philosophy of
teaching, including how it has been informed and influenced by your
professional growth. Use the
language from the Exemplary level on the rubric to ensure you have included all expected information.
