i.e. you must not simply put forth the work of an author without evaluation (either your own or then drawing on work by other authors).
**You must engage in academic reading for the essay and demonstrate that you are able to build a critical discussion drawing from a variety of authors/theories.**
i.e. it is 3,000 words that reflect the key debates related to the question as posited by academic work mainly from journals, books and edited books. Where relevant draw from government or organisational reports. No websites, media articles (unless you are making a point about the media article) dictionaries, wiki pages.
