Assume a fueler is responsible to fuel both propellor powered aircraft, which takes 100 low lead fuel, that is blue and turbine jet aircraft which takes Jet A fuel, that is clear. The fueler accidently fuel the propellor driven aircraft with Jet A fuel and when the aircraft takes off, the engine fails and the aircraft lands in a field. The pilot and the passenger are injured, and the aircraft is destroyed. The passenger and pilot retained an attorney to file a lawsuit for negligence against the fueler.
