Based on the company’s strategic positioning and activity system that you identified in Team Assignment 1, define three key success activities you’ll use to achieve the positioning (which will become the basis for your organizational structure and design).

2. Which of the four sets of behaviors (customer-oriented, competitor-oriented, innovation-oriented, or internal/cost-oriented) would best lead to competitive advantage? Why?
3. Which of the four combinations of structures—aka organizational archetypes—(management dominant, customer-centric, competitor-centric, or middle team) would you recommend for the company? Make a good case for your choice.
4. Explain why companies often organize in ways that discourage change and describe key organizational design assumptions that encourage adaptive change in an organization.
5. Identify at least five strategic questions management should ask themselves in order to design an effective and adaptive organization designed for competitive advantage. Identify at least three trade-offs management must consider in answering those questions.
