Church Response to Social Issues Explore how churches can ethically and effectively engage with social issues such as poverty, injustice. and community needs, balancing spirtual missions with social activism.

For this assignment, you are required to select and submit a topic for an upcoming presentation, which will explore an area of a subject covered in this class. Topics can range widely, from corporate social responsibility, ethical leadership, diversity and inclusion, to environmental sustainability, among others. While incorporating a case study is optional, it is highly encouraged, as it can provide a concrete example to illustrate the ethical principles in discussion. This pre-assignment is designed to ensure that you start thinking about your topic in advance. In your submission, provide a brief description of your chosen topic, why it interests you, and how it relates to the overall course objectives and course goals. Furthermore, consider whether the Bible provides any guidance on this subject, whether directly or indirectly. How might you evaluate this topic from a kingdom perspective?Top of Form

Video/PowerPoint Presentation
Building on the topic you selected for the Presentation Topic Assignment, this final presentation should showcase your comprehensive understanding of the topic and its ethical implications. You must evaluate the topic through a “kingdom” theological lens or another personal view.

You have the choice of three formats for completing the presentation.
• PowerPoint Presentation: Create a detailed PowerPoint presentation with notes provided in the space below the slides. You may also include a voiceover with you presenting the information in place of the notes in the slides. Your slides should include key points, relevant data, case studies, and visual aids. You will need to upload the PowerPoint file or provide a link in a discussion post.
• Video Presentation: Record a video of you giving the presentation. It must be clear, well-structured, and engage the audience with the topic. Any and all sources must be referenced in your discussion post where you post the video. If the video is too large, try providing just the link to the video in your post.
• Video Presentation with PowerPoint: Combine both formats by incorporating your PowerPoint slides into your video presentation. This method is preferred but not required.

Be sure to do the following in your presentation:
• Introduce your topic and its relevance to this class—it may be helpful for you to review the course objectives and goals to articulate how.
• Explain your topic—incorporate concepts from the course and case studies or even hypotheticals to illustrate your points.
• Discuss the ethical challenges associated with your topic.
• Provide examples of how these challenges have been addressed within some organizations. If this issue hasn’t been addressed, you may want to look at how other situations or controversies were addressed and how that might be helpful with this one.
• Integrate a Christian worldview that would help one navigate this issue in business or other contexts. Provide biblical references.
• Conclude with a summary of your key points, leaving your audience with a clear understanding of the topic’s significance for our class.
• Reference all sources you used, according to Turabian or APA.
