In this assignment, read the pitch I have attached as a PDF and act like you have pitched the product to investors. Now they are going to ask you the following questions. Conduct more research and then answer each question with thoughtful reflection.

  1. Explain your fixed and variable costs and how that will impact profitability.
  2. Explain what your break-even point is and how your long-term versus short-term costs impact revenue and profit.
  3. Explain your market structure. Are you going into a monopolistic competition situation or a perfect competition situation? Explain what that means in terms of price.
  4. Explain two barriers to entry that you will need to overcome and who the major competitors are for your product. Explain whether you are going to use a dominant strategy to deal with the competition or not, and why.
  5. Based on your research, will you pay your employees above the market wage or at it?
  6. Is this a monopsony, and how will that affect what you pay employees?
  7. How will you use the concept of utility to determine how many workers to hire?
  8. How will you scale production to cut costs?
