IMPORTANT 1: The proposal should be as clear as possible, and does not need to be long. d long document, excluding the bibliography, is reasonable.
1) the clarity of the research question and of the hypothesis. Be precise and simple, discuss your variables, make sure to define key terms and to be able to measure the variables.
2) the feasibility of the research. show that you will be able to answer your research question, that is, to test your hypothesis. This implies that you clearly show that you have access to the relevant data. In this regard, beware not to rely too much on interviews and surveys,
because these are risky data collection instruments (i.e. you may never receive the answers).
3) the relevance of the methodology.
