The aim of this study is to try to investigate the impact of those initiatives by analyzing the sense of fairness, sense of being valued, sense of belonging and uniqueness and the existence of trustful environment, in relation with employee’s engagement and wellbeing. Through a questionnaire-based survey addressed to employees of pharmaceutical sector, this research seeks to understand the influence of employee’s perception to engagement levels and overall wellbeing, variables with great importance to organization’s growth and long-term success.
