This assignment will offer you an opportunity to begin to recognize the interdependence and interconnectedness between human resources, information systems, and the technology that bridges these critical organizational resources.
The Case Study also offers an opportunity for students to demonstrate their critical thinking skills, while relying on the assigned readings, secondary research, and the ever-evolving technology that supports the critical infrastructure of those within the public administration sector.

- Draft a 5- to 7-page essay that draws upon your assigned readings and secondary research to discuss the difficulties that an information system faces when both people and technology lag behind technological advancements. Be sure to address issues that internal staff, external customers, the IT system, functional managers, and leadership each face when IS, HR, and IT are not able to meet the demands of a changing landscape.
- Finally, make recommendations for enhancing the SSA’s information technology, to ensure that it meets the demands of a growing online community.
