Write an essay of 1500 words on the following topic:
3) Considering Christine Noll Brinkmann’s analysis of Force of Evil (Abraham Polonsky,
1948) discuss how the filmmaker uses conventions of the gangster film and film noir to
create a Hollywood movie that is critical of capitalism.
