Address an email to Anita Lee, Account Representative for Signs of the Times, at [email protected].
Scenario
You are an Assistant Store Manager for an independent clothes store called “Peak Fashion.” You are in charge of in-store merchandising. For the past eight years, your store has ordered their signage from a local printer called “Signs of the Times” as they have the cheapest rates in the city. You receive regular orders for Signs of the Times for your promotions, events, sales, etc. You have been happy with the quality of their work until recently. The last two shipments you received included damaged signs (e.g., bent signs, torn corners, scuff marks, etc.). You were still able to use the signs, but your boss feels that the damaged signs make your store look unprofessional and asks you to solve this problem. You want to maintain the existing relationship with your printer, but you want them to ensure better quality control going forward.
