Deliverables Each group will submit: 1. A feasibility study for the project, with estimates, and possible risk. 2. A GitHub or Azure DevOps link of the project repository. In the repository it should be evident that the team followed an Agile methodology with regular releases at the end of each sprint, as well as the role and the contributions of each member of the team. 3. An Azure DevOps Board (or another tool like Jira, Trello) link where your project management took place. There should be evident how you did the analysis of the project and how you used your analysis in order to work in Sprints and follow the Agile methodology. 4. A group presentation explaining the methodology followed, the technologies used, the implemented requirements, and any future work necessary. 5. A short report, up to 500 words, explaining the role of each team member and contribution during the development process. 6. A report of up to 3.000 words analyzing the Agile methodologies and their benefits and limitations, using references wherever necessary as well as examples and case studies from your experience while working on the development of the project. Submitting Your Work Upload your reports and the presentation. Submit your GitHub or Azure DevOps link of the code repository. Submit your Azure DevOps Board link. All the deliverables above will be submitted using the respective link of the e-learning platform.
