You are still using the wrong tense, eg. the researcher used it should be, the researcher will use.
Statement of the problem is abit better but still needs improvement
Chapter two still needs more improvement you give the points but there is no related literature. Also increase on the number of points for the solutions to the challenges there ar only 4 points
i asked you to ensure that names of persons start with capital letter but i still see many areas where this has not been changes.
even your chapter 3 still has issues define the tools you will use for data collection an give advantages reasons why you choose to use those instruments.
Also i still see grammatical errors please read through and correct them.
