Analysis of the Cable Act of 1922 for an Immigration/Naturalization Law Critical Analysis Paper

The document attached is the essay I have written. I would like for it to be rewritten to be stronger, more cohesive and shortened to around 750 words. It particularly needs to have a stronger conclusion that makes sense. If possibe, just delete my conclusion and write a better one. Pasted below are the instructions/guidelines I was given for the paper for reference.

Prompt: U.S. immigration and naturalization laws have played an important role in the production of an “American” identity that is premised on racial, sexual, gender, and/or class hierarchies. For this assignment, analyze how the Cable act of 1922  relies on racial, ethnic, gender, sexual, and/or class categories to regulate immigration admission and exclusion, to produce “American” identity. In other words, explain how this law defines what is “American” and what constitutes the US nation-state.  

As a second part of your analysis, explain why this matters in relation to our class material (The material given are the court cases Ozawa v. United States and Unites States v. Bhagwan Singh Thind. Another way to think of this is: How is this law reflective of the processes and systems that we have discussed in our course in terms of defining who is and who is not part of the US nation-state.

3. Make sure to have a thesis statement that outlines your argument in the first paragraph. You also want to have a strong conclusion.
