Introduction
Ethical dilemmas are very difficult to resolve because no course of action will be a perfect solution. In such situations, critically analyzing and thinking about all applicable ethical principles is important to help make the most ethical decisions possible.
In this assessment, you will use multiple resources and tools (including popular sources such as textbooks, websites, and opinion pieces) to present both sides of an EDI issue. You will then identify one ethical concern and apply a corresponding ethical standard for each concern. Next, you will describe an ethical theory that aligns with the issue you selected. You will conclude by identifying three strategies for addressing the issue.
