As a health care administrator, you will face many ethical dilemmas in your career. The journal assignment provides an opportunity to think about how you will approach and address these dilemmas.
Assignment Directions:
In 350–500 words, answer each aspect of the journal prompt. The tone of the writing should be more like a diary — write from the heart! References are not required, though if there are books/articles that impacted your answers to the questions, please mention them.

There have been many changes in health care over the last 5 years that involve ethical issues, such as the mandatory COVID vaccine, the Supreme Court reversal of Roe v. Wade , patient confidentiality, and physician-assisted suicide.
Discuss one of the current ethical dilemmas facing health care professionals (it does not have to be on this list) and why it is concerning to you. Does this issue change if you move from your current state of residence?
What are you going to do to separate your personal ethics from the professional ethics you must demonstrate in the health care environment? How are you going to supervise others in the health care facility to also maintain high professional ethical standards?
