Pick one area of operations that the company has chosen to internationalize in another country or region.

• Explain the motivation(s) for the internationalization.
• Identify the entry mode chosen (e.g., exporting, licensing, strategic alliance, joint venture, wholly owned subsidiary) by the company and discuss whether or not this entry mode was the right one for the company’s internationalization (and for the country or region).
• Apply the global strategy framework (the MNE strategies of international, localization, global low-cost [standardization], and transnational) and provide your analysis of which overall MNE strategy the company should pursue. Comment on the MNE strategy that the company appears to be actually pursuing.

Your write-up should be based (at least partly) on publicly available online information and internet link(s) to that information should be included at the end of your write-up, which allows your grader to examine your assignment in the context of that (public online) information.
