Annotated Bibliography – How Chiari Malformation causes Headaches due to CSF Movement being Restricted

Annotated Bibliography for Communication for Science and Research – Topic is on Chiari Brain Malformation and its contribution to headaches.

I have linked the Instructions and Rubric for this assignment – I would most appreciate if this is read over carefully. I woudl like to highlight that there is no required length for this annotated bibliogrpahy, however, this one requires a minimum of 5 sources to be included in the annotating process.
  • Five annotations that each contain the following information:

  1. Include a citation with the correct format required by the target journal’s guidelines
  2. State the question or problem described in the research report
  3. Describe the method used in the study
  4. State the main conclusion or recommendation
  5. Explain and evaluate how the research report relates to other sources in the annotated bibliography (This is in the Rubric)
Also it is to be formatted as:
  • Single space the document and double space between the entry citation and the annotated text. (aslo in directions/rubric)

Lastly, I have already chosen the sources and have them listed with their APA sources in the PDF “Annotated Bibliography Notes” I also have each source linked as a pdf (all match to the titles in the notes pdf.)
