This final year project is to study the antifungal analysis of neem extract against Trichoderma spp. in infected grey oyster mushroom. The extraction used is hot water extraction and total phenolic content was tested and optimized using central composite design. The extract also undergo few phytochemical tests such as tannins, saponins, carbohydrates and glycoside to study the presence of bioactive compounds in neem extract. To study the antifungal activity of neem extract against trichoderma spp., poisoned food technique was used and observation for its morphology was studied.
