For this paper, you will be required to interview an executive or mid-level manager of an organization of your choice. You will identify a current problem, challenge, or issue the organization is facing. Using the information and knowledge gained from this course, you will write this research paper from the perspective of an organizational consultant, applying organizational management practices to effect strategic solutions. While the focus of the paper is on your personal learning, insights, and real-world application, it must be grounded in the use of course concepts and include appropriate citations from your textbooks and other sources.
Your application research paper and presentation must include the following:
1. An introduction that articulates the purpose of the paper and provides a description of the organization and leader you interviewed.
2. A detailed description of the current problem or issue, and the short-term and long-term impact(s) of the problem on organizational effectiveness.
3. Apply 3 or more concepts or theories to understand the issue or problem in the organization.
4. As an organizational consultant, provide 3 or more strategic solutions that are supported by literature for the leader and organization to resolve the issue or problem.
5. A conclusion that summarizes your findings and the learning you gained from this assignment.
6. Have no less than 8 scholarly sources other than the course textbook.
Write a 7th edition APA paper. The paper must have at least two levels of APA headings, at least 8 total references, of which at least 4 must be peer-reviewed. You must address all 6 points mentioned above. You must include an APA Title page and references page. The paper must have at least 2500 words (not counting the words from the title page and the references page).
and also provide an One-Page Summary(bullet points), Use a template from Word, or another source that presents the summary of your paper. Plan as if you are being interviewed for a new position or promotion and the interviewer asked you about your MSITM experience. You show him/her the one-page summary of this assignment to help illustrate the content of the program.
