In
this study, I aim to explore “Urban Consumers’ Attitudes and Willingness
to Engage with Green Last-Mile Delivery Options.” Furthermore, I intend to
examine the specific levels of trade-offs that participants would be willing to
accept for more sustainable last-mile delivery practices.
To
achieve this, I will design two experimental groups. The first group will not
receive any background information, while the second group will be provided
with environmental-related information. This information will include the
reduction in carbon emissions expressed in tangible terms, such as the
equivalent number of trees planted or the amount of time spent watching
television. The survey will then inquire about the participants’ preferred mode
of transportation for retrieving their parcels under varying distance
conditions.
- Introduction(about 1 page): Introduce the topic,
state the purpose of the research, and outline the significance of the
study. Include background information to set the context. - Literature Review (about 9 pages): Present an overview of existing research relevant to the
topic. Identify gaps in current knowledge and explain how the research
will address these gaps.
