For this assignment you are going to write the introduction of your qualitative research project. The introduction should be no more than 1-2 pages and should do the following:
-Introduce your chosen topic, why is it important to social work, the topic is the correlation between learning and mental health problems in college students
-Include statistics related to topic (be sure and cite source)
-Include personal connection to topic
-Purpose statement will be included in introduction (usually at the end) purpose statement: The purpose of this phenomenological study is to describe the psychological effects for students at college. At this stage in the research, the psychological effects will be generally defined as distress on mental health that may require treatment.
*In this section you should also discuss person-in-environment using references to support your work (This could also be discussed in the Data Analysis section later in the course). Competency 6:1
This assignment must include a cover page and reference page. Use at least one reference to support your work. The assignment must be in APA format.
