For your strategy, reflect upon what you learned in your interview with your elected official and your observation of a local governmental meeting. You will also integrate readings from the course and your own research on the analysis of the legislation.
From there, create a strategy for how you will influence the outcome of the legislation. This can be in specific steps and also include how you will assess the outcome of your strategy.
This will take the form of a well written paper that will be, at a minimum, 5 pages.
