You are a leader at a middle school. Describe at least three ways students in Piaget’s formal operations stage are likely to think differently from those in the concrete operations stage. Illustrate each characteristic with a concrete example of how students might think or behave in each of the two stages. You have observed that many of your high school teachers still cling to the lecture method of teaching.
