It has to a relatively new experiment that has not been designed so we are making our own biological experiment to present and assk for a grant. We also need to come up wit h budget to cover expenses. ALl of which is covered in this instructions. Every background and intro part should be properly citated with relveant work using intext citations and also apa 7th citations at the end please. PLease dont forget in text citations. I will attach the outline I have thus far made along with the topic, and some sources I have used but please find other sources to use and also maje sure each section is properly addressed iN DETAIL. Please do not write in big terminology, keep it fairly simple. PLEASE ALSO ADDRESS THESE: Interesting aims. What’s a calcium agent? How will the study be conducted (looking for details in the next Draft). How many mice per group? Why that number? How do you “see” cholinergic neurons?

My topic is: Calcium dysregulation and how it affects the neural pathways when it comes to memory and increasing the decline in cholinergic neurons. I would have to follow the trend of the pathways and where the earliest sight of implication is found. In order to do so, there has to be studies on calcium regulation in the brain and whether or not these cholinergic neurons are able to pick up on this signal to determine the earliest stage of progression of disease. Overall, this theory can be put to test by seeing if calcium returns to a stable rate, will the progression of Alzheimer’s be slowed down, or prevented at all if not yet diagnosed.
