- Case studies help students develop their skills in problem-solving, quantitative and/or qualitative analytical tools, decision-making in complex situations, and coping with ambiguities.
- This case study explores how risks can impact project success and how earned value management can be used to monitor project progress and provide advanced warning when a project is falling behind.
