Chicano Students and the Courts: The Mexican American Legal Struggle for Educational Equality

The essay needs to be about the book “Chicano Students and the Courts: The Mexican American Legal Struggle for Educational Equity” by Richard Valencia. Instructions are that I write about the book and what I learned and relate it to my educational experience. For context, I attended high school at a low-income charter school and I’m an English learner. All students were Latinos and a big portion were also English learners. The name of the high school is Camino Nuevo Miramar High School in Los Angeles.

There are two chapters in the book that I would specifically like to include in this essay which are “Bilingual Education” and “Undocumented Students”.

I Need to cite the book at least 8 times. The tone of the essay needs to be formal and clear
I also provided an attachment with instructions from the assignment.
