Chapter 1. Examine all this digital presence in detail. Write the first assignment chapter describing and discussing:
a. The size of the market this company serves.
b. The value of the products/services as described by the company.
c. The digital presence functionality for prospect customers, customers, and suppliers
Chapter 2. Visit the websites and the social media of this company main competitors and make the following comparisons:
a. What are your company’s main competitive advantages and why?
b. Are there market segments that your company targets better? Please describe these segments and analyze the reasons why your company is better on serving them.
c. Make a quick search on the social media User Generated Content. Is your company’s competitive advantage and your market segment targeting visible through this content?
Chapter 3. Based on your company’s competitive advantages as well as your market segment targeting, please describe an Immersive Technology business application, suitable for sustaining and enhancing your company’s competitive advantage.
a. What is the basic need that it covers?
b. How is this need covered now?
c. Who are the customers that may find this Immersive Technology Application interesting?
d. How possible is for these customers to buy it? Use similar innovation adoption examples.
e. Create a product/application specific SWOT analysis describing the strengths, the weaknesses, the opportunities, and the threats for the launching of such application in the market.
Chapter 4. Results presentation and findings discussion
1. Describe your basic findings.
2. Are there any features of your application that you would add or change to make it more attractive to its prospect users in the future?
3. If you were about to invest in launching this innovative application, are there any research or market tests you would run to safeguard your investment? Please describe them.
