In the Strengths,
Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats Analysis Project: Opportunities and
Challenges Assignment you will focus on at least two issues per element in
the Opportunities and Challenges portion of the SWOC analysis. In other words,
you should list two opportunities and two challenges. Create a chart similar to
the charts on pages 123 to 129 of your workbook. Be sure to include the
opportunities – description –options for taking advantage of the opportunity;
and challenge – description – option for overcoming the challenge for each
strength, weakness, opportunity, and challenge.
There is no page
length for this project. In fact, this project will seem quite short compared
to the other projects in this course. Page length will vary by your chart
bullet points. Use the following formatting:

Use
12-point Times New Roman for the formatting and bullets outside and within the
chart.

Create
an APA-compliant cover page, no abstract needed.
·
Create
a two-page summary of the organization you chose and narrate on the importance of
the SWOC analysis within the organization. Should be APA compliant and +/- ½
page.
·
Use
proper APA Running head formatting.
·
Create
a Chart for the SWOC Analysis.
·
Create
a one-page narrative conclusion on the use of your SWOC analysis +/- ½ page.
·
References
or cites may not be necessary – if
you do use references for your paper include an APA compliant Reference section.
·
The
assignment must be submitted as a Word file.
