Commercial Law – Business to Business contracts & Business to Consumer contracts

OSCOLA siting must be done!

It consists of an article that MUST be referred to. I will attach below the start of the work that I have already done. Its a critical analysis essay where I need to explain England and Welsh law on Business-to-business and business-to-consumer contracts, specifically for the sale of goods as this is for commercial law. The similarities and differences between consumer and non-consumer contracts in this context. I need to critically evaluate the strenghts and weaknesses of the relevant studies.
As this is so broad, Id like to focus on how Sales of Goods 1979 has default provisions that businesses can contract out of as they have the expertise to do so. However, Consumer Rights Act 2015 has more mandatory provisions that help consumers to provide fairness and protective rights for them.
The article I NEED to refer to is: J. Devenney. “The Legacy of the Cameron-Clegg Coalition Programme of Reform of the Law on the Supply of Goods, Digital Content and Services to Consumers.” [2018]6 JBL 485

I have attached what I am currently working on below and it needs to be 5 pages, 1.5 line spacing, Times New Roman font size 12. With footnotes and OSCOLA siting. It needs to include legal cases for commercial law, it may overlap with contract law.
