Purpose:The Experiential Learning education project requires RN to BSN students to independently enhance learning opportunities in a community health setting. The Community Experiential Learning projects provide lived experiences for students to balance formal instruction with the opportunity to address needs and serve a community of interest. The experiential learning education project is a learning experience for the student as well as a benefit to the community and the population it serves. As a component of theculminating Capstone Projectin your final term, the NUR 3634 Experiential learning education project provides an opportunity to demonstrate community assessment, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and research skills while collaborating with community health care providers. The purpose of this paper is for students to document their plan for their final project. The project experience culminates in a teaching intervention and evaluation of participant learning during Nursing Capstone.

Task:
For this assignment, you will submit a 3 page paper plus the title page and reference page.A total of five (5) pages only!An abstract is not required. All assignment instruction and rubric requirements must be within the recommended page limit.Review the instructions and rubric carefully to ensure appropriate information is included to address the prompts.
Create an education intervention (prevention focused) project. Your topic could be focused on:
The deficit diagnosis you identified in your community assessment
Health problem identified during the Key Informant interviews
Specific request in collaboration with your Experiential Learning / Service Learning agency.
The teaching intervention will be submitted as a professional paper discussing the project steps including:

Professional Healthcare Collaborator (experienced in your topic):Contribution to your topic
Community Agency:
Overview of the community agency where you will implement the education
Agency mission, goals, and services.
Teaching project:
