I expect you to thoroughly answer the following question based on both the
assigned readings and class discussions. Answers should be approximately 3
double spaced typed pages (using a standard 12-point font and typical page
margins). Students may use any citation style but cites must be done correctly.
Anything that is not common knowledge (narrowly defined) must be cited. Be sure
