Compare and contrast the similarities and differences of the common law legal systems of the United States and Great Britain. be sure to discuss relevant concepts such as judicial review, governmental structure, and the appeals process

I expect you to thoroughly answer the following question based on both the
assigned readings and class discussions. Answers should be approximately 3
double spaced typed pages (using a standard 12-point font and typical page
margins). Students may use any citation style but cites must be done correctly.
Anything that is not common knowledge (narrowly defined) must be cited. Be sure
to completely answer the question (including defining any key concepts or terms)
but do so in a clear and organized manner – I recommend making an outline before
you begin. Papers must be submitted to Turnitin.com and (if the class in a hybrid
vs. online) be given to me by the beginning of class. Please see the syllabus for the
Class ID & Password for Turnitin.com.
